Walston
Walston is a light, Italian-style pilsner, with a clean, crisp finish like other Sandfly lagers, plus a little extra *chef’s kiss* from a light dry hopping.

Broken Windmill
A lesser known variation of the ever popular IPA, Broken Windmill white IPA is light in color but heavy in flavor. Large additions of Nelson Sauvin hops in the kettle and during fermentation make this a tropical vacation in a glass. The malted wheat base gives a perfect citrusy foundation.

Devil's Elbow
Someone once told us we’re not a real brewery until we make a double IPA… so here it is! Devil’s Elbow is chock full of late boil tropical hops and has a deceivingly light body. Noticeable maltiness compliments the IPA bitterness perfectly.

Noble Sands
The first collaboration between Sandfly and Indiana, PA-based Noble Stein, Noble Sands is a Belgian dubbel with a honey and chocolate twist. This unique beer is only available in the two tap rooms for a limited time.

Long Winter
Long Winter is a black lager brewed specially for the beginning of February, when the town of Punxsutawney eagerly awaits the ground-dwelling rodent’s prediction - six more weeks of winter, or an early spring! Smooth and roasty with a clean, crisp finish, Long Winter is perfect for those chilly winter nights.

Top Hat
A big beer for big tastes, Top Hat is an imperial stout brewed with several varieties of roasted malt for a full and deep flavor profile including biscuit, caramel, chocolate, and coffee. A hefty dose of Nugget hops provides a bitter compliment to the full-bodied maltiness. Keep an eye out for Groundhog Day when barrel-aged Top Hat is released!

Sandfly sour has become a local favorite among beer drinkers and non-beer drinkers alike. Balanced tart with fruit sweetness and a touch of hops allows all of the flavors to shine.

Seltzer
With rotating flavors perfect for the season, Sandfly Seltzer is a great choice for anyone looking for an alternative to beer. Check the taproom menu for the flavor(s) of the week! As a note to our gluten-sensitive friends, the Seltzer contains no gluten ingredients.

Ned Ryerson is a zippy rye IPA brewed with Indiana, PA-based Levity Brewing Company. This special Groundhog Day collaboration encompasses everything to love about Spring, with a little extra Bing! The first sip is a doozy.

St Brigid
St Brigid Irish stout was brewed to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, but is sure to tickle your taste buds any time of year! Light enough to drink all evening with plenty of flavor to enjoy while doing it. Catch the tap room at the right time to try some on Nitro!

Punxsy Lite
The ever-popular American light lager gets the full Sandfly treatment. Light bodied and easy drinking but full of flavor, this beer is great for mowing the lawn. Or after mowing the lawn. Or an evening out relaxing… any time, really!

Punxsy Love
First brewed to celebrate the wedding of a Sandfly family member, Punxsy Love is a celebration of Punxsutawney and represents Sandfly’s love of their community. The slightly sweet and light malt base is complimented by balanced hops, with a moderate dose of dry hopped Citra for a unique twist on the blonde style.

Deer Camp
This traditional pilsner will satisfy any cravings for a clean and crisp lager. Classic European hops give a notable bitter finish, which compliments the light German malt flavor and creamy head. The dry finish leaves you both satisfied and ready for more!

Barclay
A favorite among late summer festival goers, Barclay strawberry blonde is easy drinking and ready to party. The classic blonde base and real strawberry puree are tied together perfectly by hopping with a top-secret strain which puts Barclay above other similar brews.

Number 8
Number 8 kolsch is crisp and clear, just like the local spring that feeds into the Mahoning River. Light bodied, slightly dry, and extremely refreshing, Number 8 is very drinkable and sure to please the crowds.

South Side
South Side oatmeal stout is perfect for the cold weather season- or any season! Chocolate and smooth roast flavors blend perfectly with a touch of Nugget hops for balance. The medium body and creamy head make this a great a beer worth savoring. Or, pair it with your favorite cheese!

West End is a light bodied Hazy IPA with 4.7% ABV that you can enjoy all evening. Loaded with fruity and citrus hop aroma and a balanced, juicy taste, West End is sure to be a hit with all beer lovers.

The Roofer
Our answer for the annual Oktoberfest celebration, The Roofer is an American-made German dunkel. All the focus is on the malt in this beer, with rich and complex flavors from dark Munich malts balanced by just a touch of hop bitterness. This medium-bodied beauty is the perfect way to say “auf wiedersehen” to Summer and “hallo” to Fall!

Fallen Windmill
Inspired by the success of our first white IPA, Fallen Windmill white IPA picks up where Broken Windmill left off. We swap tropical out and bring in citrus and pine with ample amounts of Simcoe and Mosaic hops throughout the brewing process.

Smuggler's
Smuggler’s blood orange blonde features a classic American blonde base with blood orange puree. Mildly sweet with a touch of citrus and light bodied.

Windy Wiz
Windy Wiz is a traditional Belgian witbier brewed with coriander and orange peel and a Belgian yeast. Wheat tartness, spice, and clove define this beer best.

Marmota
Malted corn plays a role in giving Marmota Mexican lager a sweet finish and medium body that goes wonderfully with a lime, a spicy meal, or just some good ol’ fashioned warm weather.

Caboose
Bringing up the rear as the latest fruited blonde brew, Caboose apricot blonde picks up where Smuggler’s and Barclay left off. Apricot puree balances the light, malty blonde sweetness for a perfect Spring sip.

Punxsy Pale is a pale ale that spent some time hanging out with the cool kids (IPAs) but then decided to do it’s own thing. Smooth and hop-forward with balanced bitterness and a fruity finish.
